There are several hormones involved in bodybuilding that contribute to muscular hypertrophy (muscle-building) and fat oxidation (fat burning)and a high intake of these will tend to produce both. There are a number of hormones, especially growth hormone (GH), that enhance muscle size (muscle mass) and the reduction of muscle mass (muscle wasting), 3 day a week natural bodybuilding routine.
